Worst experience with a 5 star dealership. Scheduled warranty work for my 2021 Sorrento and has been sitting there for 2 weeks. Rachel never contacted me regarding status on my vehicle unless I contacted her. My vehicle has been in their possession since September 26 and still don't have it back. Again this was scheduled warranty work that I coordinated before hand. I'm ready to trade it in and get something else if this is service I will be receiving in the future. More
