I took my 2014 Kia Sportage for a recall. Rachel indicated on the statement that she recommended a tune up, the air and battery was not up to standard or had to be worked on. She does not know what she is doing or trying to advice customers to do on their vehicle, the reason i say this is because my air compressor and battery are not even half year old i had them professionally insukted NEW. is she out to make hersel commission and Moritz money under false information?? I did a tune which really was not necessary of course the reason i went else where is because i called and left her a message to call me back and to this date SHE HAS NEVER REACHED OUT WHICH IS NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS BACK. Moritz is NOT THE DEALERSHIP OF HONESTLY JUST AS CROOKED AS ALL THE OTHERS. Maybe Rachel chooses who she calls back??? I would NEVER 7SE OR RECOMMEND MORITZ. I spend money i didnt have too cause she thought i would take it in and she earn a commission and points with her boss??
