My experience with Moritz Kia of Hurst started with them lying and blaming me for things they had screwed up on the car, and ended much the same way. The cherry on the top of their abusive cupcake of mise lying and blaming me for things they had screwed up on the car, and ended much the same way. The cherry on the top of their abusive cupcake of misery was the way they left me stranded on the side of the road in 109 degree, direct sun, Texas heat, with a dead battery. A dead battery that they neglected to tell me anything about 15 minutes prior when I picked up the car after they had it for a week. Did you catch that? I had the car in my possession for less than an hour. But of course, I called upset and grew increasingly more upset as time went on and I could not get through to a single human person because their phone lines are janky and designed to disconnect you. When I did finally get through, I was told it was MY FAULT the battery was dead, there was no possible way it was them, and nope they would not be sending out any person that could jump my car. However, they said, "You can pay for a tow truck and then we will look at it to determine if it is something we did and then we can reimburse you for the tow." I'm enraged typing this just thinking of how inconsiderate and bullxxxxty that is. Even just as another human being, you'd think that someone with the capability to come jump a car, knowing someone is STRANDED, outside, in 109 degrees MF, would get in their own vehicle and come jump a car. Nah, not at Moritz! So I told them I would absolutely not be doing that, and they said, oh fine you can call this other tow company and they can invoice you and THEN we will decide it was your fault and you can pay for the tow later instead." Well, basically. They didn't quite admit they would never determine it was their fault ever in 100 billion years so I was out of luck no matter what. I called back, asking for a manager. I got voicemail. They don't respond to voicemails, but I left one anyway. I was upset and crying and asked for a call back as soon a s possible. It's been six days and I have yet to receive a single follow-up from ANYONE at Moritz Kia. Not a single person has reached out and asked, hey everything alright? We never got your car towed in. Just checking to make sure you didn't die on the side of the road or something. Gross. Moritz Kia of Hurst. You are so gross. Luckily, I'm not dead on the side of the road and slow cooked like some kind of human brisket. Because I walked down a bit and right into Grubbs Nissan where the service manager was HAPPY to come jump my car for me. At no charge. And I happily drove that Kia from Moritz right into the Grubbs parking lot, said some choice words with hand gestures in the direction of Moritz, and washed my hands of their lies and bad customer service forever. #(&$ You. I'm required to put at least 1 star, but even one star is too much. After a multitude of issues concerning our vehicle, we purchased from a competing auto group, simply to not have to deal with these pe too much. We took a loss on the value of our car because our experience was so horrendous. Their refusal to remedy an obvious problem created by them left us with the choice between a large repair bill and ridding our lives of them altogether. The final straw was picking our car up, getting it back with a dead battery which led to us being stranded on the side of the road in 109 degree weather. Upon calling them when this happened, the service advisor blamed us for the issue instead of trying to make things right. Made multiple calls and left at least one voicemail with a service manager and 6 days later, we've still never received so much as even a call back from anyone in service at Moritz. Not even to see if we still needed assistance. If you value customer service, do not do business with Moritz. You're only valuable to them, until you're not. More
My Service Advisor, Martin Souvannakane. was extremely prompt and helpful in getting my vehicle in as quickly as possible. Once I arrived on property, Martin was quick to greet me and to li was extremely prompt and helpful in getting my vehicle in as quickly as possible. Once I arrived on property, Martin was quick to greet me and to listen to all of my needs. Martin also made sure I had transportation home since I had to get back to work. Once my 24 point inspection was complete, Martin called me and explained my vehicle needs thoroughly. He even arranged for me to get picked up from my home in order to retrieve my vehicle. I seriously could not of had a better experience! This type of Customer Service makes me want to continue business with Kia for a lifetime! More
