They warmly greeted us at the door and took time to listen, in detail, to the types of vehicles we were interested in. They answered every question with competence and care. We were never treated as a number. Their hospitality and guinune effort to place us in vehicles tailored to our needs and desires was stellar! We had not purchased new vehicles since 2005. We were completely out of touch with how to play the game of selling and buying a car. At Kia Hurst, we didn't have to play games. They were at our service hand and foot. They even called us, nearly a week later, to see how we were enjoying our new vehicles. We were blown away by their care, to say the least.
