She asked us several questions about what we were looking for, when she found out the vehicle was for me she didn't talk over me to my husband ( Ladies, how many times have we gone through that?) but to ME. Joana was very knowledgeable about the Kia Sportage I was thinking about. The entire staff was friendly. I didn't feel pressured. I got everything I wanted at a price I could live with. I worked with Moritz before with my parents in purchasing my previous car. My experience with the Kia dealership was great! They made it super easy for me and I’m so thankful for that since I’m so new at this. They also worked with me because I had a budget that I really wanted to stick to and they made it possible for me to get what I wanted at a reasonable price. Sales Advisor Incompetence George Vazquez is an arrogant, pompous sales manager that poorly represents Kia. I would go anywhere else before stepping foot in this dealership aga George Vazquez is an arrogant, pompous sales manager that poorly represents Kia.
