Kip Culberson is an exceptional business man who is devoted to his customers and treats you like family. He guided me through this process with comfort, care and professionalism and I could not have done it without him. Michael Cox in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. His patience, communication skills, and knowledge during the process made me feel comfortable and protected while purchasing my car. I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at this location. More

The service department is horrible. I don’t like the way they talk to me or treat me. They lie about what they have done to my vehicle and lie about the status of my vehicle. I am currently waiting on part for my steering wheel, which they said would arrive this week, and have not heard back at all from them about the status of this part. I have complained in the past and was told I could come back and have a free oil change done. Which I would rather pay double some where else than to have to deal with this service department again. I will say Joe is the only person in the service department that has ever been pleasant and nice to talk to when I do go. More

Now I wanted to trade it in for a Sportage I am a senior man who came 4 years ago from the East and bought a Soul from Maurice, an outstanding dealer. Now I wanted to trade it in for a Sportage with the new safety features, which I planned to pay in cash. After three hours the finance man made an atrocious financial offer and started openly expressing doubts and concerns and putting humiliating conditions about my ability to pay. I believe it was because I am old, but my finances are reasonable and I do not tolerate that anyone offends me. I torn the Moritz sign from the car rear and never will be back. Sorry for Maurice, who had deserved a comission that he absurdly lost. I would have bought the car without the finance person, whose name and prefer to forget. More

Can't figure out how to get faster I have purchased 4 cars here. I doubt I will do another Kia based on service. Their answer is an appointment but it's the same as first come first served. Having to get service here is like knowing you have to go to the dentist! Been going here since 2003 and it's not gotten better. Being a loyal, long time customer gets you nothing by the way. Maybe even less. More
