Service for 2011 Kia Soul I usually go to Patterson Kia in Arlington, but was on this side of town when my battery drained. I needed an alternator and although it cost $697, I only waited for a couple of hours. I found that to be reasonable considering I didn’t have an appointment. Overall I was happy with the service I received that day and appreciated the complimentary car wash to. More

Cat answered my inquiry and after a few emails we set up an appointment for me to go visit the dealership. Cat was not only friendly but very "human". Most sales people I've dealt with are so eager to make a sale that they really pour on the sales tactics. Before even meeting Cat I was prepared to walk out if that was the approach I received. Cat didn't do that. She kept it simple and wasn't overbearing or pushy. Very down to earth and relatable. The next thing I knew I was approved and was driving away in a brand new vehicle. Kudos to Cat for being a genuine human being! Greg in Finance really topped it off too but this review isn't about Greg. It's about Cat and she did an amazing job! More
