Mediocre The service was great but the car that I purchased was not in working conditions to my liking. First off the AC did not work this is extremely important for Texas summers. 2nd the car does not run up to par it had a major rpm stutter on acceleration and was supposedly fixed, only the AC was fixed in the first week of me purchasing the vehicle. The stutter still remains. All in all I'm kinda dissatisfied with my purchase and I'm stick with it for atleast 5 years. Javier was the only reason why I purchased it he is extremely professional and helped me out with a loaner while my vehicle was in service. More

Fearing the worst about having a baby with me Maurice was I went in looking for a new “mom” car. I took my infant with me for car seat/room reference. Fearing the worst about having a baby with me Maurice was so HELPFUL! He went above his services as to just sell me a car. He carried my child car to car with me as we looked. Prewarmed the cars I would be test driving for my son as it was a little chilly. Talked to him when he was beginning to get upset, and made sure I was getting the best safest option of my choice.
