Happy Customer Bought my used vehicle last July. Have had absolutely no problems with it. Recently started having to air a tire. I took it to a tire shop to fix only Bought my used vehicle last July. Have had absolutely no problems with it. Recently started having to air a tire. I took it to a tire shop to fix only to find I didn't have a tire lock; which by the way I'd never heard of. Having had my car serviced earlier this year with a tire rotation I figured the service dept must have kept it by accident. Nope! Long story short I got a new tire at a great price with excellant service.....and after all these months they made good on a new lock kit at no cost. Now that's some integrity!! After a good experience with previous service and new car purchase, it was obvious what Kia store we wanted to go for our latest purchase of a 2020 Kia Soul. Service and attention by our sales rep Carlos was excellent. Would definitely recommend Moritz Kia for any Kia purchase. Footnote: we now have owned 3 new Kia Souls, 2012, 2016, 2020. The first, the 2012, a special edition, was purchased elsewhere, and we never went back to that dealer. Who you deal with does make a difference! More
