Great customer service We went in to get some numbers on a 2019 Kia Forte for a lease. I had contacted other leasing companies and none of them could get close to what I wan We went in to get some numbers on a 2019 Kia Forte for a lease. I had contacted other leasing companies and none of them could get close to what I wanted to pay a month. We went into this Kia dealership hoping we could get closer to what we needed for a monthly payment. Harry Draper was our agent and within the first time coming back to give us info he had already gotten closer to what we needed a month. We had our one year old with us so he was quick and allowed us to leave and continued to try to get us to the price we needed and would update us through text! By the end of the day he came back with the exact number we needed and two days later we came in to get our car! I would have given 5 stars but it took a couple hours In the finance department because the bank was taking forever to approve everything. But everyone continued to check on us, and update us with any news they had. Overall I’d go back and get future vehicles from them! More
