Got my Kia I called this place to ask about a Kia Sorento, it was there so we drove from Bryan/College Station. Originally I was working with someone else but th I called this place to ask about a Kia Sorento, it was there so we drove from Bryan/College Station. Originally I was working with someone else but they were gone. He called Joana and she took over for him. I She helped get the car I wanted. I had some luck, someone else was trying to buy the car when we arrived, so her and Rusty, the manager, took all my information in case the other deal did not go through so they could apply the next day. We came back to Bryan/College Station and waited till 1:00 pm next day. Joana called and asked if I was still okay with applying. My information was sent and about 15 minutes later we had the good news that I got approved. We drove back to the dealership in Fort Worth that same day when I got approved. Joana was super helpful and nice. She had the car ready and gave me all the information I needed. More
