I really want to give a 0 star to this dealership. I reserved a vehicle 13 months ago as they were offering vehicle on MSRP without crazy markups but I am still waiting with no updates in sight for mo I reserved a vehicle 13 months ago as they were offering vehicle on MSRP without crazy markups but I am still waiting with no updates in sight for more than an year. They came back multiple time asking to change year/trim/color and put me again on waitlist. I can bet, they could be selling vehicles to other customers who is willing to pay markup and making us wait forever. More

Moritz Kia makes it a priority to keep customers advised of service progress and to keep wait times to an absolute minimum. I just wish Moritz Kia location was closer to my Decatur home, but the drive is worth it! More
