Greg and Rusty were great! We visited Moritz Kia, to purchase a Forte. We were very pleased with the service provided by Greg Bullard. He was professional and down to earth. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rusty who was very nice and receptive. Overall we were happy with our visit. The only reason that this visit did not receive 5 stars is because of Mike, with whom we completed the final paperwork. He was very condescending and appeared annoyed when we questioned the bottom line. He made comments that I personally felt were unprofessional and unnecessary.(ex: "Let me go and get somebody, before y'all get me fired" and "Once you get to me, negotiations are over!"). We were prepared to walk out until Greg and Rusty came in to talk to us. They were both professional and obviously well versed in customer service. If we were to purchase another Kia, we would return to this location and ask for Greg Bullard, however we would request that we not deal with Mike again. More
