After inquiring about a car online, Bryan quickly let me know that it was available. When I arrived at the dealership, Bryan greeted me and introduced me to Steve who then showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable about all of its features and answered all my questions. Since I live a far way from the dealership, they even arranged a way for me to be picked up from my house, so I could drive off the lot with my car. Overall - I had a great experience at this dealership. Top notch customer service. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the car and the process. Family-like customer service I had been shopping around at different dealerships and when I met Blaine Landers, I didn't feel like I was dealing with a tainted car salesmen. He was very personable and was very comfortable to work with. Although this is how he makes a living, he never tried to push me into a sale for his own interests. Or at least he never came off that way. His finance manager, Rusty Sanders, made me feel like a person and not a number. Mike, in finance, who helped us with the signing made the experience feel like we were sitting with a long time friend. I recommend the Moritz family to those who want to make a car purchase.
