David allowed my husband to put our child's car seat in the new Kia so we could all go on the test drive - which was totally unexpected! The car is a dream car to drive and absolutely LOVE it. The best part was after I signed all the paper work, David took the time to literally show me EVERY button on that car - which we all know is the frustrating thing about buying a new car; not knowing where anything is! I will FOR SURE be recommending Kia to every person wanting a new car and I will ABSOLUTELY telling them to ask for David Henry. Thank you all so much!! More

Moritz Kia makes buying a car fun again. I went to Mortiz Kia on the advice of my wife. A month earlier she took our daughter in law their to look for a car. She came back and told me how friendly, transparent and helpful David Henry, the sales man, was. Further, she said when it came time to sit with the finance manager there was no pressure to add additional coverage or features to increase the cost of the car. She also said the entire buying process only took a couple hours. I honestly thought she was exaggerating. When I arrived I had high expectations based on my wife's review. I met with David Henry and a young man he was training. He informed me that he had an appointment that was to arrive soon. I was a walk-in so I expected to have to wait several hours. On the contrary. David was just as attentive to me as he was the family that had an appointment. I told him what I was looking for, how much I was willing to pay and within a couple hours I was driving a way in a 2017 Kia Optima. I highly recommend Mortiz Kia for your next car purchase. For those that think Kia doesn't produce a quality product should take another look, because Kia has certainly stepped up their game and is competing above their class. Not only have they improved in terms of material/engine/design, but from my research they are extremely reliable and are comparatively inexpensive for what you get. Our salesman, David Henry, was not a stereotypical salesman. Initially, we went to Moritz Kia Alliance to see the 2017 Kia Sorrento in person and decide on a color. However, our intention was to buy from their other location in Hurst. When we arrived, David approached us to see if we needed anything and even after learning our intention, he was still helpful, offering assistance when needed. Based on his approach, and the fact he wasn't the typical pushy salesman, we decided to purchase our vehicle from him at Moritz Kia Alliance. Not only did he locate the vehicle we wanted, but he had it ready the next day (on his lot, detailed and gassed-up), but they even matched the price of the other dealership. I should also mention, that not only was he helpful with locating a vehicle that met our specifications, but he followed up with us when he said he would, even assisting us with some post-sale concerns we had with our USAA pricing. Outstanding service is important, especially when considering spending that much money on something and they definitely delivered; the experience exceeded our expectations. I can't speak to any of the other sales associates there, but based on our experience, I would definitely recommend at least giving this dealership, and David, the opportunity to earn your business.
