Great Service Close to Home I have been taking my car in for service at Moritz for years and was excited when they opened one so close to home. I took my car in today for regular I have been taking my car in for service at Moritz for years and was excited when they opened one so close to home. I took my car in today for regular service and walked out with a new car! I decided to just look at new cars while waiting for my car to be done and James was extremely helpful. He showed me the new 2018 Sorento and showed me a new car with everything that I wanted, even though I had no intentions to buy. He helped me determine my trade in value with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to follow through. I then saw Rusty (who I worked with when I bought a car at Moritz Kia Hurst) and he instantly came over and said hi. The customer service that you receive is top notch, especially for repeat Moritz customers. We explored the possibility of a new car a little further and ultimately it was James' kindness to my family (he even gave my son cookies out of his desk), being remembered as a previous customer by Rusty, and a thorough explanation of all things financial by Michael that helped convince me that this was the right decision. Moritz is a fabulous dealership with wonderful employees who really care. I cannot thank James, Rusty, and Michael enough for the wonderful experience! More

Relaxed environment No one likes a pushy salesman and I did not experience anything picky whatsoever. We worked with Blaine and he was awesome, really felt like he just wanted us to find the right car for us instead of the right car for him. Financing was easy at the dealership and wasn't like a 2nd haggling session, it was laid back. I feel like we also got a fair offer on our trade in as well. Would definitely recommend to others as it was pretty stress free. More

No hassle, no haggle! I am a bit of a straight shooter which can be intimidating but Maxter and Blaine handled me with ease! We actually purchased two vehicles that day and I am a bit of a straight shooter which can be intimidating but Maxter and Blaine handled me with ease! We actually purchased two vehicles that day and as stressful as that can be, I left with amazing peace. Max and Blaine took time to listen to my concerns and needs fully and were able to make all the right calls when helping my husband and I decide what would work best for us. I actually enjoyed the whole experience! I dealt mostly with Max in person and Blaine over the phone. What seemed to stand out during the experience was Max's no nonsense, "get-er-done" mentality. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he found it and FAST. I swear he was running in circles with us! He was patient with our decision making process and we felt good about the entire experience. I would recommend this dealership if you are going to deal with either of these salesmen. More
