He worked with me & my Husband to get us what we wanted at a price we felt was decent and not feel like we were overpaying. Making My New Adventures in my Kia Optimum Happen I knew I needed to purchase a new car soon- my baby brother was with me for advice. Walked onto the lot and then Trent Termin and his trainee greeted I knew I needed to purchase a new car soon- my baby brother was with me for advice. My brother spotted this car right away and from that moment this whole process where I drove off with my beautiful Kia Optima just a few hours later was the easiest and smoothest purchase ever. I believe things happen for a reason and I believe Trent was my sales person because he had all the kindness and information that was needed for me. I did not need a hard salesman I needed kind and patient and Trent was all of that and more. I was super nervous about the financial aspect and Manager Greg Bullard helped that transition to Mike Ford in finances go so smooth and even had some laughs along the way. I only have positive accolades for this staff - these three gentlemen were nothing but professional and willing to help get me into this beautiful car.
