I have been using Moritz Kia Alliance for over 3-1/2 years. They have always done an excellent job. Today I was a “walk-in” for an oil change. Awesome customer service, as usual. On my 2nd Kia Soul and would not take to any other dealership for service or sales. Love being able to make my appointment online and just show up! They are always ready and waiting with all my data; I leave my key fob and go to the great customer lounge and have coffee. The service attendant always keeps me informed on the progress via email or in person. All that's let to do is pay my bill and walk out to a freshly washed vehicle! More
