Trent was so patient with us when we first came by looking at the different Sedona options available as well as very responsive to my emails afterwards inquiring more information. When we came by to look again, Maxter helped us and made the purchasing fun and easy. He was also very thorough when we came to pick up the car showing us all the features it had to offer. And can't leave out Mike, he did something for us, that no other person in the finance department has done for us with our previous car purchases. Thank You!! We were very pleased with the customer service at Moritz Kia Alliance and not anxious about buying a car with them at all. I wish we could day the same about Moritz Hurst, but our experience there was quite different. That is why we ended up buying from the Alliance instead. More
