Just Bought My 2nd Kia Soul! I've been using Moritz Alliance for service for my Kia Soul and when I came in for service the last time; I mentioned I might just trade it in...I got I've been using Moritz Alliance for service for my Kia Soul and when I came in for service the last time; I mentioned I might just trade it in...I got a call from a very nice salesperson, Tim Hetherington. Came in on Friday and drove a new Kia Soul with all the bells and whistles I could ever want on it home on Saturday. I could have driven it home on Friday but I needed a night to think it over. The sales team were kind enough to understand that and accommodated me in every way to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Tim and the rest of the crew were awesome! I told them the absolute things I just had to have and they found me the perfect vehicle in 3 colors. My hardest work was choosing the color! These folks make it super easy and I wouldn't purchase any other vehicle except a Kia...but even better I wouldn't purchase a Kia from anyone but Moritz Kia Alliance. Truly from Sales to Service, this Moritz location in Alliance rocks!!! More

Fast and Friendly Service! I went to Moritz Kia Alliance to purchase a pre-owned Kia Sorento and I am SO happy! Tim made everything easy from the very beginnng. I had contacted I went to Moritz Kia Alliance to purchase a pre-owned Kia Sorento and I am SO happy! Tim made everything easy from the very beginnng. I had contacted Moritz prior to coming in to make sure the Sorento I was looking at online was available and let them know when I would be coming in to look at it. The gentleman I was talking to online was unavailable but Tim was there and quick to help me out. We did a test drive and I made the decision to go ahead and purchase the vehicle and it was smooth sailing. The last time I purchased a vehicle, my husband and I ended up being stuck at the dealership ALL DAY. Moritz got me in and out within about 3 hours and the entire process was pretty painless. The car I wanted had a pretty significant scratch on the side about 3 feet long and they were even able to get that fixed for me. Not only did they fixed the scratch, they put new brakes on, detailed it inside and out, and filled the gas tank up 2 different times. The office there is very clean, all the people are friendly, and they have this handy dandy desk monitor in Finance that makes that portion of the buying process simple and kinda fun. The only complaint I would have is that they had the car listed at $1000 less than what the actual sticker price was because it was a certified pre-owned vehicle but I understand why they list it that way so it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Bottom line, I’d recommend Moritz Kia Alliance to anyone (and I already have) and I would go back to purchase another vehicle. Make sure you ask for Tim! More
