After weeks and weeks of researching online, I finally found the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in and the dealership it was at was Mortiz Kia – Alliance. Since I haven’t purchased a car in over 20 years, I truly had apprehension in dealing with car sales people and having to go through the whole process of buying a car. Great experience My wife and I were very pleased with the car buying experience at Kia Alliance. When we drove up to the building we were met by Maxter Cooper. His demeanor was very laid back and pleasant during the entire time that we were at the dealership. After assessing what we were interested in, Maxter quickly went to work on finding us the right car with all of the needed features and paint color. He was very knowledgeable about each car and what features came with each model. We decided to purchase a Kia Sportage EX. After we made the purchase, Maxter helped us transfer all of our belongings from our old car to the new one> Maxter also explained how to and actually set up many of the items such as apple play, syncing phone, and Bluetooth.He made sure that we were well informed on how to operate all of the controls. Everyone that we came in contact with were helpful, professional, and friendly. We left that night with a great car and a great experience. More

We did not feel pressured at all. He was very knowledgeable, he asked the necessary questions to show us only the vehicles that would best fit our needs. My husband and I were in and out in less than 4 hours (compared to the previous experience of 9 hours). This is our fourth car to buy from Moritz Kia, each time has been a pleasant experience, but Maxter made this one the BEST. I would also like to shout out to the manager Rusty Sanders, he actually remembered us and made a point to come say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. I was in the market to buy a used Kia Soul to replace my second car. After having a miserable buying experience two months ago purchasing our new Kia Soul at another Kia dealership, I decided to try Moritz Kia after reading their positive reviews. They lived up to the reviews and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received at Moritz. Everyone we dealt with was so polite and professional starting with the salesman who greeted us in the parking lot. Internet Sales Manager Bruce Lindeman was a pleasure to work with and extremely personable, professional, straight forward, honest, and efficient. I liked him from the moment I met him. We were pleased with the car price and the offer we got for our trade. The finance person, Mike Ford, was equally impressive and funny too. He had us in stitches laughing and made all the dull paperwork signing fun. From the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we closed the deal was two hours. Two hours people! I've never purchased a car that fast. Because the car we bought was just recently taken in as a trade, they needed to keep it to do all the certification inspection and prep. However, Bruce got us a nice loaner car to use until our car was ready. Bruce diligently kept us up to date on the progress of our car and answered all our questions. Kudos to Moritz Kia Alliance and Bruce Lindeman. They now have a customer for life and even though they are an hour drive from my home, I will gladly drive that far to get my two Kias serviced at Moritz rather than the other Kia dealership which is 15 minutes from my home. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, this is the place to go. Good job guys! More
