He was very courteous and was able to help us get into a vehicle in a very timely manner. He made the car buying process very easy and explained every little thing that we questioned. We even had the opportunity to go out to the shop, where we met James. He was looking over the car and doing a little work to it. He was able to answer a few questions that I had without taking a second look at the vehicle. It was perfect up until the finance person took us back (reason for the missing star). I didn't catch his name, since he didn't introduce himself. I guess that I remember the old way of doing things...with an introduction (with a handshake) and another handshake at the end of a business deal, neither of which happened with that person. I guess this new age group is a little difficult for me to understand. I'm just glad that we had Brad there to save this experience. More
