All I can said. Is stay away from Moritz Yea sure they have some flashy cars. And good sales department. But they also know how to manage to manipulated you. Somehow I liked few of them. And they keep pushed me for the Rocky ridge Price online show 11k less. New year discount bla bla bla. When I arrived from 66k. The truck become over 86k I was like how ? Oh yea. It’s the ridge upgrade. We add his and this and this. So false advertisement of 66k. To over 86k. Let’s start there. Seating with Tyler He said clearly to me ( what basically buy me ) I got you a good DEAL. Down. And 3.2% interest rate. Sound good no ? I said fine. Honestly I didn’t even realize how huge is that car. He just buy me with all the bull. I said fine let’s try it. Went finance department. Then they nailed me. Start signing. Oh mr. Sorry we can not give you 3.2%. I asked why ? ( my credit is great ). No answer of course. Oh and yes. They wanted 11k down. So from one sales person. Who got me “approved” for 0 down and 3.2%. To one person who nailed me with 11k down. And 4.5%. That is a huge different. Toke the truck Driving home. Realize this truck is huge. Not even fit in my garage . And yes. That was my fault for not checking before. I agree. I parked it in front. Didn’t drove it at all Called 2 days after. Again not driving it before they do all the paper work before anything. Also Tyler called the day before. Ask, how do you like it ? I clearly told him. Honestly I didn’t drove it yet. It’s parked. Then when I called the day after. Spoke to another sales. He claim that Tyler is out of the office today and that I will need to speak to the manager. I left one voicemail. Called twice btw. No one called back. no one call back A week gone by I called again. Got to speak to Tyler I said hi, boss. I can’t deal with this truck. It’s to big. I can’t even even park it. I told him I was trying to call two days after no one call back. He went to speak to the manager when he got back to me. Clearly he said. You can return the truck and loose your 11k down Or basically trade it And get another one, smaller. I clearly said if I don’t loose the 11K. I will take a new one. Fine. I liked the Ram, just need a lower one. When I arrived. They try to nail me more. Now Bruce the manager got me a BETTER deal. You can take a truck that 20K less. And continue with the same payments. I was like ? Mmmm. That don’t even make sense to me. Why will I do that ? So I asked. Can I return this one then ? And loose the 11K like Tyler told me few days before. Mr Bruce said. Well. You will loose the 11k + another 9k because I “waited” 20 days No I said mr Bruce. I didn’t waited. I called two days after before the paper work submitted. But no one call back. That was on you not me. Of course I will discuss that with my lawer on Monday But I will definitely not recommend to use a business like that. Simply. Read whole those negative reviews on here. You’ll understand. To bad I didn’t read reviews before. Don’t let them lie to you about 0 down and lower interest rate. They did it to me. And I got nailed. More
