There was no onslaught on the phone. got to the dealer- still no salesman discussion. In fact they had the jeep ready for a test drive. The Jeep 4x4 was 75% of what I wanted, Moritz took it as a challenge. After some time, they were not able to find what I wanted but they were able to get the Jeep I chose to 95%, and they were great and knowledgeable to work with. I plan to go back within the next two weeks to find my daughter a Jeep through Lyon Alizna at Moritz. This was a positive pleasant experience. More

Michelle was an absolute dream to deal with and made the experience of buying of my very first brand new experience a rewarding one that I will remember the next time I go to buy another vehicle. The exact opposite can be said for my dealings with Mr. John Kirk. If Michelle hadn't been as great as she was, I would have walked out on this deal in a second after dealing with Mr. Kirk. Completely condescending, pushy and rude, especially when he gets told "no" when he tries to push stuff on you. Anyone dealing with Michelle will be ecstatic dealing with her, anyone dealing with Mr. Kirk, should ask for someone else immediately and run the other way.
