Moritz Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Lemon I bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at this location and I am on my fourth Major repair in less than three years. MAP warranty covered everything exce I bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at this location and I am on my fourth Major repair in less than three years. MAP warranty covered everything except this last service visit. This time the exhaust manifold bolts broke off. The dealer repair shop quoted me $650 to $850 to extract the bolts from the block and replace them. MAP wont cover it so I am having to pick it up without being repaired and am out a $135 diagnostic fee. The other repairs done since I bought it were transmission overhaul, transmission solenoid x2 and the torque converter. Needless to say, I wont be buying Dodge again or a vehicle from Moritz. So much for the Moritz promise. More

We made a quick phone call to Moritz of Forth Worth and had the pleasure speaking with Thomas Medford. 60 miles later we arrived at the dealership with great hesitation and we're greeted by Thomas Medford who works for internet sales. Both jeeps were parked in front and ready to test drive. I am very hard to work with, I wasn't ready to give up my Mercedes that I'm super attached to. We were sold on the vehicle right away. During our test drive of the two vehicles not only did we really love the jeep and the ride was smooth, Thomas Medford played a big role in our trade in decision. During our time there unfortunately it was pouring rain, Thomas Medford was always waiting at the car door or dealership door with an umbrella. It's the simple gestures of Thomas that showed me how much he truly values his customers. Thomas was happy to answer my many questions with great knowledge and understanding. Thomas made the whole trade in experience super simple for us. We all know as car buying customers the vast majority of dealerships can be a pain. Look no further! I went to the right place I was in need of a new car as my old one was on its last legs. I told the saleslady which car I was looking at and she had it ready when I arrived.
