While having my 2018 Jeep Wrangler serviced, I mentioned to Nick Wilson (my service advisor) that I might be interested in looking at a new Wagoneer. He personally took me in to speak with Walter 'Coach' Heigle who patiently helped me understand the features of the Wagoneer versus other Jeep models being considered, walked me through all the features, allowed me to test drive the vehicle home to discuss with my husband, and I purchased it the same day! While Coach is technically a 'salesman', he was more of an 'instructor' - listening to what I wanted in a new Jeep and then guiding me to the exact vehicle for me without any manipulation or typical 'sales tricks'. As a female making this purchase, he made me feel very safe and educated in order to make an informed decision on the best vehicle for me! He has been available since my purchase to answer several questions and has followed up with me to be sure I have what I need. I am sure everyone at Moritz are excellent salespersons but Coach helped me make a confident, stress free, pain free new Jeep purchase and I would recommend him to anyone seeking the same experience.
