This is the worst service department ever. They let you make appointment then tell you your issue is not important enough to work on when you arrive due to COVID and them being short staffed. That would b make appointment then tell you your issue is not important enough to work on when you arrive due to COVID and them being short staffed. That would be understandable (if they didn't talk down to you like you don't understand) if they had taken the time to call and let you know ahead of time so you could change your plans. I also have a job that COVID effects and have to take my vehicle in for repair when I can. I understand that Fridays are not the best day for repairs and that mine was not an emergency but it is a repair and I deserve the same treatment as everyone else that paid money for a vehicle with them. My vehicle is under warranty and the issue it has is important to me. This was my 2nd bad experience with this location. I was also told when purchasing vehicle that if brought in they would supply a vehicle to drive if I left mine, each time I have been there they do not want to honor that commitment. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership and will attempt to find another service department to use in the future. I was planning to purchase a new vehicle soon so I guess I will be shopping elsewhere. I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star. More
