Worst internet sales and email communications of any dealership I have ever worked with. I was very interested in a current vehicle and did a payment option app on their website and tried to contact the dealership I have ever worked with. I was very interested in a current vehicle and did a payment option app on their website and tried to contact them concerning the numbers. Had a couple of responses with no answers. The so called internet sales manager Samantha Carey responded with it would be subject to my credit approval. I asked specifically about the trade appraisal and didn't get a response. Got a few other emails telling me I could do what I have already done on their website. I received 2 different emails from the same email address with 2 different signatures and neither matched the name of the email address. Even tried to send an email to the general sales manager Dick Titterington to complain of the treatment. No response. I then went on the website and sent a message thru their contact us app and still no response. I was very serious about making this purchase and wanted to complete everything before heading in to the dealership both for expedience and minimal face to face contact with covid going on. None of the names were listed on meet the staff on their website page and even none of the listed ones here on this website. I didn't trust anyone using someone else's email address and found it very confusing. I didn't know who I was emailing with and let them know that. All I wanted to know is if Moritz would honor what the payment calculator stated was accurate. I was even just trying to get the selling price of the vehicle. I was concerned it was taking so long that the car would be sold without me even getting a chance to purchase it. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. Would love to hear from management concerning this treatment and why I wasn't taken serious with my inquiries.
