I scheduled an online appointment for Saturday, 9/12 for 9am. I recieved two emails and two text messages prior to the date reminding me of the appointment, which I scheduled approximately a week in advance 9am. I recieved two emails and two text messages prior to the date reminding me of the appointment, which I scheduled approximately a week in advance. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was greeted with Moritz does not accept online appointments, the system they use does not notify them of online appointments. To make an appointment you have to speak with someone in the office.(Like it states that on their website) Therefore, I had to wait the 3 to 4 hour wait. This is not acceptable!! If the online appointment system does not work, it needs to be taken down!!! More

7/22 Engine light on. Waiting for rental car, The individual who took my truck says engine light is no longer on and he can't start repairs. Back to auto zone, 2 ND test same problem.
