The used car guy I bought my CPO suburban from recently wasn’t quite honest about the car being having prior damage, then didn’t respond to my email and voicemail when u had service issues. The service department misdiagnosed the car twice...it got to where I couldn’t depend on it. Luckily your new car salesman gave me a great deal and made me a happy customer or I’d have left this dealer forever. They will not be serving my vehicle though...lack of communication and getting it wrong, finished with not caring was the last straw. I have everything done by the dealer including oil...I’m the perfect customer if you stay on top of it. More
