Found exactly the vehicle I wanted on line through Morganton Honda's website. Since the dealership is about an hour away from me, I submitted an online inquiry to make sure the vehicle was physically Morganton Honda's website. I received a text message back from salesman, Jay Newman, almost right away confirming my inquiry - and I set up a test drive time. The car was perfect, so we moved on to the negotiation stage which is dreaded by so many buyers. (And I had a vehicle to trade) Jay made the process so easy - listened to my requests and didn't pressure me at all. I never had to "meet my Sales manager" or go through any of those time wasting activities Anyway - even though the dealership is an hour away - I will be having my beautiful new car serviced at Morganton Honda.
