They also made the purchase process so quick and easy that we were joking about how we felt like we were only borrowing the car once we got home. The car was perfect, so we moved on to the negotiation stage which is dreaded by so many buyers. (And I had a vehicle to trade) Jay made the process so easy - listened to my requests and didn't pressure me at all. I never had to "meet my Sales manager" or go through any of those time wasting activities Anyway - even though the dealership is an hour away - I will be having my beautiful new car serviced at Morganton Honda.
