Called again Friday, was told the shop had gone through the vehicle and not found anything wrong, no mention of the additional aspects of the purchase agreement. When brought them to the associates attention was told they would have to see if any of them could be honored......the deal was made on site and in person with the on duty sales manager and the associate that went on the test drive with us who stated "I wouldn't sell you this car today driving the way it does" so we couldn't bring it home day of anyhow. But the shop couldn't find anything?! Tired of having to chase them to try and make their sale and extraordinarily disappointed they aren't willing to honor their word. Still haven't heard back from manager Will. Horrible experience, do not recommend. 0/10 **UPDATE** Read comments sent by general manager and provided my contact information via email as requested.......3 days ago. And, of course, NO RESPONSE. AGAIN! In addition to still no communication from anyone on the sales team regarding vehicle, sale details, nothing at all. Utterly frustrating and completely disappointing, will never understand a business can be run like this. More

Do NOT buy a car from Morgan Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram without scrutinizing every single piece of paper, or better yet, just go somewhere else. I recently bought a used car here for my niece. The fina without scrutinizing every single piece of paper, or better yet, just go somewhere else. I recently bought a used car here for my niece. The finance department let me drive the vehicle off the lot without giving me a fully executed copy of my signed retail installment contract. This is a direct violation of the California Rees-Levering Act (Civil Code 2981.9), which requires dealerships to give you your signed paperwork the moment you take delivery. I had to hound the sales rep for days just to get my own contract. When the dealership finally panicked and emailed me an electronic copy, I found out exactly why they withheld it: they had secretly slipped an unauthorized $295 charge for a "safecat" theft deterrent device into my itemized financing that I never agreed to. Because they violated state law by withholding the contract at signing, the agreement is legally unenforceable. When I formally contacted the General Manager to call out the hidden charge, rescind the contract, and demand my $5,000 down payment back, my legal demands were ignored. I am actively filing a formal INV 172A complaint with the California DMV Investigations Division and pursuing legal counsel for auto fraud. If you do business here, do not leave the finance office without your signed physical contract in your hand. Check your "Itemization of the Amount Financed" line by line for hidden accessories. Save yourself a massive legal headache and go to a reputable dealer. More
