Just a reminder I’m from Chauvin,La. south of Houma. Kitty the service advisor was extremely courteous and most of all professional. I explained my concern and Kitty got right on it. She and the technician was able to identify my concern, and just for that I want to say Thank you! I’m very pleased to say that you’ve gained a customer at MC Toyota going forward.
