The service department is absolutely terrible, I dropped my truck off Friday when it broke down. I've called every day to find out about a loaner while they fix my truck and no one has even attempted to ret my truck off Friday when it broke down. Found a jeep online on Sunday was there first thing Monday to be greeted by Mrs Danyell Hewitt and she turned out to be the best salesperson I’ve dealt with over the past 35 vehicles. Worked with Danyell Hewitt on the purchase of a new Sequoia. They treat you great until the purchase process is over. Then it becomes a nightmare to deal with thier service department. I have to bring my truck to another Toyota dealership to have repairs made. I have called for 4 weeks for Service to call my insurance for repairs to my left rear tire bearings. No one will return my calls. The voice mail is always full. Just know you will be so disgusted with this dealership, it will make you forget your religion. Unless you speak to Mr. Madise, he will refer you to 1-800-Jesus, to get someone there, that will get something done. They had a Ford dealership there. Guess it folded and screwed many customers, that must have them do repairs, thats warranty covered. Believe me when I say... It's a real xxxx show!!! More

This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever worked with in my life I purchased a Toyota Tundra Capstone for $83,000 with the residual of $50,000 and I put $18,000 down my monthly payments are a worked with in my life I purchased a Toyota Tundra Capstone for $83,000 with the residual of $50,000 and I put $18,000 down my monthly payments are almost $1,000 for a three year 12,000 mile lease. This is insane this is due to allegedly a money factor. I have excellent credit and I'm still shocked for some reason I trusted them because I had just purchased another vehicle a Toyota 4Runner and felt like that was a good deal that they made for it however they stuck it to me when it came to the lease. I arrived at MC Toyota service dept. and was greeted immediately upon my arrival and received the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced in my buying car history. Just a reminder I’m from Chauvin,La. south of Houma. Kitty the service advisor was extremely courteous and most of all professional. I explained my concern and Kitty got right on it. She and the technician was able to identify my concern, and just for that I want to say Thank you! I’m very pleased to say that you’ve gained a customer at MC Toyota going forward. I’m willing to drive the extra miles for awesome customer service. More
