My father bought a 2018 Ford Edge here with 77k miles. Within 30 miles the check engine light came on. Brought the vehicle in for the service department to evaluate. They said the computer read out did not show any codes, they turned the light off and I went about my way. Within another 30 miles or so the check engine light came on again, so brought it back. This time they replaced the spark plugs and coils. This lasted 3 days and maybe 60 driven miles before the light returned. Now waiting two days for them to tell me what the problem is. They tell me that a Ford mechanic is looking at it but I’m wondering if they know how to diagnose the vehicle. Not real happy with the service department. More

I went there for an oil change and thry told me No! ! They are now saying under a new ownership no more free oil changes if work needs to be done or tires needed and why? The service department is absolutely terrible, I dropped my truck off Friday when it broke down. I've called every day to find out about a loaner while they fix my truck and no one has even attempted to ret my truck off Friday when it broke down. They treat you great until the purchase process is over. Then it becomes a nightmare to deal with thier service department. I have to bring my truck to another Toyota dealership to have repairs made. I have called for 4 weeks for Service to call my insurance for repairs to my left rear tire bearings. No one will return my calls. The voice mail is always full. Just know you will be so disgusted with this dealership, it will make you forget your religion. Unless you speak to Mr. Madise, he will refer you to 1-800-Jesus, to get someone there, that will get something done. They had a Ford dealership there. Guess it folded and screwed many customers, that must have them do repairs, thats warranty covered. Believe me when I say... It's a real xxxx show!!! More

This is insane this is due to allegedly a money factor. I have excellent credit and I'm still shocked for some reason I trusted them because I had just purchased another vehicle a Toyota 4Runner and felt like that was a good deal that they made for it however they stuck it to me when it came to the lease.
