Best of the Best!!!! My son is a student at USF in Tampa. His car needed to be towed to Jim Browne Chevrolet for a no-start issue. Service manager Andrew Gentile fielded My son is a student at USF in Tampa. His car needed to be towed to Jim Browne Chevrolet for a no-start issue. Service manager Andrew Gentile fielded my call as I alerted him that Allstate Roadside Assistance was towing my car to him. I received a call from Andrew Gentile stating that the tow truck driver had caused damaged to the front of my car while he (Allstate tow truck driver) was unloading it. He observed the whole thing. Andrew and his team were instrumental in conducting business with Allstate and myself in getting the no-start problem with my car repaired and using their body shop to repair my car as well. On the part of Jim Browne Chevrolet’ service & bodyshop...I bow to their greatness!!! In the area today with such ridiculous nonsense and incompetence it’s good to know that there is still a fantastic Chevrolet dealership that you can go to and trust. More
