The finance guys both go out of there way trying to give you the best deal they can . I can't say enough about our experience there. At register Chevrolet in brooksville we were treated like our best interest wasn't their concern. Take it or leave it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Would give 0 star, even negative star if possible. The experience my family and I had buying a 2018 Traverse last year was the type of experience you Would give 0 star, even negative star if possible. The experience my family and I had buying a 2018 Traverse last year was the type of experience you put on Youtube and title it: Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever. We noticed that the car itself, and the car sticker features did not match. It says that the car had a black bowtie which cost around $500, but the car we bought didn't have one. So we called the worst sales consultant ever, Bryan Jordan from Jim Browne dealership Chevy, and asked him to refund the amount. After learning the reason of the call, he hangs it up every time, and does not reply to any of our texts anymore. Finally we were able to get a hold of a manager, and the amount was refunded after 2-3 months of countless text messages and hours of trying to call anyone from their dealership to deal with it. THEY WERE NOT HAPPY that they had to refund the amount. I'm not yet done. Within a month of buying a 2018 Traverse from them - which was the biggest mistake my family and I ever made (you're better off buying from a different dealership), we had some issues with the car regarding squeaky doors. We do not live in the Tampa area, and we have to drive about 2 hours to get to Tampa. But when we came in to have the brand new car fixed and seen, they just brushed it off, practically shewing us away like some flies without even checking what's wrong with the car, dismissed and told us we can leave after 5 minutes of arriving at their dealership, and told us to "contact the manufacturer because we can't do anything about it." Long story short, we have decided to take all of our services done at our local Chevy dealership, and not deal with Jim Browne Chevy ever again. Their manager also signed an IOU for a car part they have promised that comes with the purchase to be shipped in 2 weeks or so. It's already been a year and a month since that promise and still no package. So if you who are reading this review and looking to buy a car from Jim Browne Chevy, deal with a different dealership. You will be happier for it, I guarantee you. More
