Our experience was unfortunate because 2 weeks after a repair was done, a bolt came loose from the alignment done at Jim Browne. The warranty covers their work, however the manager will not honor it. Phone calls and emails to Andrew G, have not been successful.

Sorry... I won’t deal with anyone there. Dealing with GM corporate at this point. A review of all your poor reviews has the same generic verbiage in the responses. If that’s the level of professionalism after your “employee training program” that’s sad. Lastly, to be threatened to take down my reviews or your dealership won’t make right on a damaged part on a new vehicle with 800 miles is disgusting. The cockiness and conduct of your employee Bryan Fernandez is deplorable. Feel sorry for the next victim that wants to buy a vehicle and passes through those doors.
