Dealership is a Scam, Go Somewhere Else They seemed very nice at first and it was great. They were willing to work with me and get a low price. Due to the contract having to be sent to my parents for signatures (out of state) it took a little longer than expected. That was fair, except they promised to "over night" the contract and it 2-3 days. Then the contract had an extra $944.00 service added that was never discussed. After getting them to fix it and send a new one I tried calling to ask a simple question about the registration and called 6 times with no reply. When I went to pick up the vehicle the salesman did not know a thing about the car and forgot to take the keys to my trade in. I would not recommend buying from this dealership and they will try and scam you. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else. More

I have never been to place where I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer and eventually a friend. The entire team worked together to help sell me a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I worked closely with the Car Salesman, Laster Davis and he was WONDERFUL! I know the others were great, but I can truly speak on his behalf. Mr. Davis went beyond his duty as a car salesman. I can honesty say I walked in his office as stranger but left as a friend. If you really want GREAT consumer service, please come to JIM BROWNE CHEVROLET, you will not leave disappointed.
