Minus a few roadblocks with paperwork, I test drove the new car, negotiated my trade in, dealt with paperwork and insurance things, made my payment and walked out with a car in about 4 hours. On a scale of 1-10 for overbearing salesman tactics, I would rate this at about a 3. Can’t penalize them too much for doing their job! The only downside I experienced was the final detail on the new vehicle was a little sloppy for how long it took and I could have done a better job myself. Overall a great car buying experience and I would come back here again. More

EMOTIONAL AND BEYOND SATISFIED I NEEDED A NEW CAR ASAP!!! I walked in and just said"I need a rep to assist me with a new car or anything", lol, needless to say i desperately neede I NEEDED A NEW CAR ASAP!!! I was able to meet with rep Wil Yarbrough, and i tell you this man was amazing, considerate, down to earth, and just a pleasure to do business with. as soon as i sat down in wil's office i broke down crying from frustration and anger of my OLD car, and wil perfectly understood. As i sat venting to wil he was understandable and was eager to help. With this being my very first time buying a car i was apprehensive but i was not walking out without one! We sat and figured my budget and what car i would be looking into. Now i initially wanted a used car, i figured would be better in my budget, butttt I, ME, left in a brand NEW car with only 10 miles!!! His knowledge of how the "car world" works and expertise were beyond words. I was a literal mess walking into the dealership today and i walked out over joyed with the service and patience from Wil.
