I owned a 2015 Colorado, had an accident and knew I wanted a 2016 to replace my 2015. I live in Sebastián, Fl and dealt with Lee from 3 hrs away, he took all my cars and returned all my calls without hesitation or a time lapse. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. "Great Colorado Purchase" - Martinez I did some research before buying my 2016 Colorado. I used the USAA car service to get in contact with Internet sales. I visited Gordon Chevrolet in I did some research before buying my 2016 Colorado. I used the USAA car service to get in contact with Internet sales. I visited Gordon Chevrolet in Tampa Bay first. They didn't have my specific vehicle on the lot, wanted to order one that was not the vehicle I wanted. So, I reached out to Leo on the internet and decided to go to Jim Browne Chevrolet. The reason: Leo Perrella. Leo was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, informative, quick to respond to all my questions, and a former veteran, very pleasant to deal with during the whole process. He quickly identified the truck for me and ensure we were done and out without a hitch throughout the whole process. We will come back in the near future because of Leo! More
New Vehicle Purchase I am a loyal GM car owner - I was searching for my 7th GM car -brand new under the Family Legacy Program of which my late mom was a 37 year GM employ I am a loyal GM car owner - I was searching for my 7th GM car -brand new under the Family Legacy Program of which my late mom was a 37 year GM employee. I was met at the door on a rainy rainy Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm by John King, the Sales Representative. The showroom was closing at 5;00pm and I thought that maybe I could look and decide and come back the next day to close out the deal with the paperwork if I found the car and a deal within my price range. I had done my homework and was in search of a 2016 Chevy Spark and hoping to get a good deal from my trade-in of my 2003 Chevy Cavalier. I also had been Pre-Approved from my credit union for a loan which stipulated I would need 10% down in cash to them before I could be approved. In the heavy rain, John went out twice on the lot to bring two vehicles up to the front to me to look at for purchase. I immediately fell in love with the Kalamata Metallic (to me it looks Purple - which was my mom's favorite color). The next person I met was Shane Cash for Financing. I was disappointed that my first trade-in offer was only $100 even though I knew I had a 13 year old car. Even though it was not in excellent shape - it only had 108,00 miles. He did increase the trade-in to $500.00. But the best thing was he went above and beyond and found me an offer for financing with NO MONEY DOWN. My hats off to both of these gentlemen for within two (2) hours - I walked in and sat down and made an excellent deal and drove off that day in a brand new 2016 Chevy Spark! I love my car and I look forward to doing business with Jim Browne Chevy! More
