After shopping and visiting several dealerships I stumbled up on Jim Browne Chevrolet. This dealership delivered everything they promised. The 3 previous dealerships story changed many times. I had explained what I wanted what I could afford and they assured me they could meet my need, that was certainly not the case. All 3 previous salesperson story changed, Brian Reid has great character. I'm glad he responded promptly to my inquiry and delivered what he promised. He is an honest man and I'd certainly recommend him to friends and family. I wished Jim Browne would have been my 1st call, I would've saved myself so much time. Please thank Brian on my behalf. I believe honestly is always the best policy and that is my experience with Brian Reid. He is professional and personable, clear and precise. More

VERY Poor Service I took my 2016 Chevy in at 8 in the morning for a standard oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would take about an hour for the service to be compl I took my 2016 Chevy in at 8 in the morning for a standard oil change. Upon arrival I was told it would take about an hour for the service to be completed. Ten minutes later the advisor came and told me that there were multiple recalls on my car that I was never informed of from Chevy. He then said it would be about three hours. He did not bother to ask about whether or not I wanted to go ahead and have the recalls done at that time, if I needed to wait or be offered the shuttle service. I had to ask if the shuttle was available, he said it was. Yet, he does not tell me that the shuttle does not begin until 9 am, it was 8:15, as I was sitting and waiting he does not come around to let me know that it would be arriving soon or anything like that. I have to ask if the shuttle will be here soon, he tells me it will not be here for another half hour. So I called an uber instead, which cost me 10 dollars. Now it is about 11 am, that is the time he said my car should be done, no phone call, it turns to noon, still no phone call. I finally call at 1 wondering why a 3 hour service has now turned to 5 hours. NO-ONE answers the phone I have to leave a voice mail. No one got back to me within the hour so I called AGAIN and still no answer! About ten minutes after that I receive a phone call stating that my car was ready for pick up. Once I arrived I was not addressed by my advisor about the status of my car, rather he is filling out paper work. Then once he's ready (after about 5 minutes) he tells me what was wrong with my car, and come to find out they had to order new parts for the recall, so no work besides an oil change was done in those 6 hours. Finally, once I get in my car, my sirius radio was not working and the time on my car was changed. I had to call sirius to get it back on my car and change the time myself on the dash, these are very simple things a dealership should do to ensure satisfaction for every customer. Once, I get home and look through my receipts and service papers, I was given some person's papers as well, so not only do I know everything that has been done on their car in the past two years, I also have all of their personal information! I do plan on bringing it back to the dealership because this is someone's personal information this should not be left in any random person's car! Lastly, I was told to write a good review because that is how he receives a good income... Overall very, very disappointed with the service I had received. More
