Overall very Pleasant experience! I went to Jim Browne about 1 month ago to purchase a car. I spoke with Scott and he walked me through the process. I was able to test drive the car then purchased it at a good rate. Very friendly and pleasant guy. I felt very comfortable talking to him and didn’t feel that “salesman pressure” from him. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some advice. There are just a few little things: 1 – The manager told me that I was getting a great rate through a credit union but didn’t mention that I needed to be a member of the credit union and open an account with them to get the rate. 2 – They didn’t tell me that they didn’t accept personal checks and needed a cashier’s check for my down payment. 3- When I went back the next day another salesman gave me a 3 months free trial of the car navigation’s system. I just wonder why they didn’t offer. Overall it was a pleasant very experience and a very smooth process dealing with Scott and the manager. I would totally recommend working with them. More
