Great experience, great service, great car I was forced to purchase another car prematurely do to another driver ruining my car. I was not willing to compromise on a new used vehicle. I knew exactly what I wanted but was having a hard time finding the make and model with a price I could live with. I was even open to purchasing an out of state vehicle. "Yickes"! I was almost about to give up on what I really wanted when I came across the exact car at Jim Browne Chevrolet of Tampa, Florida. The only problem was I was in California lol. I also had never made an out of state car purchase. However I decided to contact the dealer. I ended up being put in touch with Brian Reid of Jim Browne Chevrolet. He was excellent! He made the purchase as smooth as could be. He was very communicative, made sure I knew what was going on with the car, took extra photos for me, got me a proper car loan, and in the end loaded my car onto the transport. Brian made sure everything was right until the car was properly loaded ready for delivery. over all I had an excellent experience. Not only was Bran Reid great but the staff was great at Jim Browne Chevrolet as well. I think overall for an out of state purchase it was as smooth as could be and I would recommend this dealer and associate to anyone looking for a new or used car. My car was exactly as I thought it would be if not better and I am thoroughly enjoying it every time I start the engine. Thanks! There was a lot of room for problems and issues as well as a sense of a deflated expectation none of which happened. So this is why I am writing the review. They earned it. More
