Amazing service!!! This is a small dealership that selectively picks great cars! Because the staff is small, they know their cars and they're extremely friendly. I This is a small dealership that selectively picks great cars! Because the staff is small, they know their cars and they're extremely friendly. I happened to deal with Mark and Matt, who were both great guys! Mark, my salesman, was very personable, low pressure, and knowledgable about all the cars on the lot. Even after I purchased my car, he still took me on a tour of cars "just for fun" This is a car lot that anybody can feel comfortable buying a great car! Anything less than a 5 star review would be tragic :). More

A great car, a good deal and a pleasant, patient salesman I was looking for a convertible. None from an auction. I looked at one from Morgan Automotive. It was from an auction, Manheim being the area that ha I was looking for a convertible. None from an auction. I looked at one from Morgan Automotive. It was from an auction, Manheim being the area that had two car auction houses close by, I wondered what could be wrong with it. Other than the auction matter it looked like a great car and at a great price. I worked with Matt Elliott and he had a great personality and seemed very sincere about the '12 Chrysler 200 convertible that I had taken an interest in. My wife and I decided that we would take a chance on what Matt was telling us about the car. He allowed me to drive it back to Harrisburg, Pa. to the garage that did any needed service on my old truck that I had recently sold. The garage put it on the rack, went over it from front to back and top to bottom. A point for Matt - they told me that it looked in great shape! We bought it. Then the "Auction bug-a-boo started to happen. The lid for the armrest/console had a broken latch that just a few days before had seemed in great shape. I called Matt and he said bring it down and we will take care of it. Surprise! Matt didn't need to do a thing 'cause the car was now my responsibility. We agreed that I would un-screw the lid and send it to him. In a few days the new lid returned and I put it on. I asked if there was a second key. Mark, his partner said no but if we went to Batteries+ they would supply a new one and Morgan would pay for it. It was a key with all the bells and whistles and the clerk at the battery store called and asked Matt if I was to just get a regular key or one like the original. Give him a duplicate of the original and charge it to us. That key was over $200. He didn't need to put that money out, but he did! It works great! Driving home. it was raining and the windshield wipers were acting up. Again, I called Matt and he said take it to a dealer in my area and he would pay the bill. Before I go any further, I want to say that since it was an auction car, my wife and I had some doubts about it and purchased an extended warranty. Now, up till now none of what Matt had agreed to take care of was under the warranty and he again could have said, like some used car dealers or want to say, "tough luck, it's now your car and your responsibility!" But, here was this guy saying over and over again - "We'll take care of it" What kind of a car salesman was this? Before I got a chance to take the car to a dealer to see about the wipers, I went to put the top down. Up till now it worked properly every time, and the top went down. The entire automatic operation went well until it came to the part where the trunk was supposed to go down and lock. It Didn't do that. Again I called Matt. I was half afraid to do that 'cause I felt that this time he was sure to blow his top. He didn't. I asked if he knew a reason why it might not be working right. He said he didn't know but bring it down and they would look at it. I went to a local dealer instead, They checked it out and said it wasn't the motor- which the extended warranty would have covered - it was the "cargo guard. They said that I should take it to the company that sold it to me. Again I called Matt and he said that they were going to take care of it and would call me back . He did. Matt said that they had ordered a new part, it was a little cheaper than what I would have had to pay for it (he got the dealers price) but still it was expensive - over $500.00 …..just for the part! In a couple of days Matt called and said that I should take it to a Chrysler dealer in Wrightsville and that they were going to look at the wipers, a new problem - the passengers side electric window, - do the two recalls that the previous owner had not seen to and install the new "cargo guard." This guy was no car salesman - he was an angel come down from Heaven! I did as he said and since it was going to take most of the day to do all the work, the Chrysler dealer gave me a new loaner to use. We drove home with the help of the in dash GPS unit. When I turned it on I was surprised to see the area in back of me being displayed on the GPS screen. I want this car! To which my wife said in a rather rough voice, -:"you wanted a convertible - now you got a convertible so don't go looking at other cars!" I wanted to talk to Matt - he never got upset! Rested up till they called. Which they did and we drove back down to Wrightsville, dropped off the loaner and got our "new" used car on which the top worked like a gem and drove back home. And, none of it cost me one red cent! So, if you need a great deal from a salesman that says he wants to keep his customers happy and coming back, go take look at their new and used cars and trucks from a dealer that stands behind what they sell. I doubt that you will do any better at any other dealer and they will do their best to keep you happy, not cursing the day you bought the car, not talk in a perturbed voice no matter how many calls you make to them about a problem with your new purchase, and maybe even losing money on the deal BUT you'll remember them and go back there for your next vehicle. While you are there, Wish Mark congratulations on his upcoming wedding about this time next year. Mark, Good luck and congratulations to you and your very pretty bride to be, And Matt, thanks for a great car. Sorry for being a bug. Jim. Dauphin, Pa. More

Either t I searched for months for an Audi S4 and every dealer I went to just didn’t seem like they wanted to get serious about selling their vehicle. Either they weren’t being up front about issues or just didn’t communicate with me much. That’s when I found Morgan Automotive and I fell in love with a 2014 S4 that they had on the lot. But more importantly the service and relationship I got with Mark Brullo was exactly what I had been looking for. If Mark was unavailable at any moment Matt Elliott was right to answer my questions. These two guys did a great job at keeping in touch with me throughout my buying experience and always found the answers to my questions. In the end I got the car I wanted along with a great relationship with Morgan Automotive. Thanks for providing a excellent experience. More
