Best car ever, a yellow VW Beetle and I miss it every day. This week I just bought my second car from them 7 years later. Mark was helpful through the process as always and not pushy. You always have to be slightly wary of pushy salesmen when car shopping, but these guys truly want to make the customer happy and they'll work with you. Any question or concern I had about the car, they handled. They made sure I was 100% happy with the car before taking it home. I highly recommend this group and will continue to return in the future. This is my 5th vehicle in almost 16 years dealing with Doug and Sue Morgan, I was their first customer, I cannot beat the Service I get from this team, Mark has been there for the last 4, he is Awesome!! I visited Morgan Auto after finding a car on the web that was close to my budget range. Being the first dealership I visited to see a car (the other did not have the car available to look at) I was greeted b was close to my budget range. Being the first dealership I visited to see a car (the other did not have the car available to look at) I was greeted by Mark and felt very comfortable and at ease, no pressure! He gave me the keys to drive the car and my father, a car guy his whole life, and I liked the car physically and mechanically. We asked Mark if he could meet my number and he met me very close the number I could pay. Less than two hours later I was driving my new vehicle home. It was fun buying my first vehicle and my dad could not believe how smooth and easy it was compared to his past experiences. Thanks Mark! More
