Dan from finance did a great job also-when we were almost done I realized they the first bill waive promotion was accidentally omitted and he quickly resolved the issue and took care of my needs. Morehead Honda is by far the worst dealership in my area. My salesperson Dey is by far the worst salesperson I have ever dealt with. Great experience buying our Pilot at Morehead Honda. Russ Peck was very easy to deal with, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He knows his product and lets it sell itself. He spent an hour with us going over all of the tech stuff on the Pilot when we came to pick it up as well. They gave us a fair amount on our trade in and the price on the Pilot was below Edmunds TVP, and they brought in the exact one we wanted from another dealership at no charge. At no point was there any pressure or any of the weird stuff one usually encounters when they walk into a car dealership. Everything was laid out clearly and there was no pressure to buy. This was very refreshing. I highly recommend Morehead Honda. More
