That says a lot about how much they appreciate you. I also want to mention that Mark Nesheiwat was fantastic as well. He helped get me into the Pilot and I'm so thankful for his assistance. Mike DeSantis was great in the finance department. I didn't feel any pressure to choose a certain warranty. He explained things in a clear and concise manner.
