There are many Honda dealers in my county and in surrounding counties. I chose to lease my new vehicle from Morehead Honda for a variety of reasons. From the moment I walked into the dealership, surrounding counties. I chose to lease my new vehicle from Morehead Honda for a variety of reasons. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Doug Bell (Sales Manager) made me feel like I was important and that he valued my business. There were no games regarding the price. After a short discussion, he told me what the car would cost. I thought about it over night, called the next day and purchased the car. Tommy Loving (Salesman), then took care of the paperwork and delivered the car to us. He was so friendly and warm and a Honda expert!! He answered every question and provided us with valuable information about the car. Since the car was for my daughter, he spent extra time showing her the features that she cared about particularly the audio bluetooth system. As I am writing this review at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night, I received a text from Tommy and he told me to call him if I had any questions. I have never had a salesman follow up so quickly! As a previous Honda owner, I also want to mention that the service department is excellent. Again, they care about you and your car and want to make sure that you are pleased with their work when you leave. My experience at Morehead Honda was excellent! I was very pleased with our experience at Morehead Honda. We were able to browse without feeling pressured, and once we were ready to talk we were approached by Russ and we went to sit with him. He spent a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating the various features, and once we purchased our vehicle he spent alot of time helping us set up our features for radio, cell phones, etc. Russ was friendly and professional without being over powering. This was the best experience of purchasing a vehicle that I ever had!!!! I was just going to look at first to see if they had the vehicle I wanted and prices. And took me right to the car I was looking for and at the price I was looking to spend. She was very informative and reassuring because like me anybody would be a big skeptical about buying a used car. Needless to say I got to Honda at 10:30 am and was driving off the lot by 3pm. The process was very smooth. The financial advisor that assisted me was Michael Desantis he helped me get the best deal possible. He explained everything to me as to where I understood it very well.
