I’ve changed my rating because after working with Mark Nesheiwat, the GM, I am more than satisfied with the rework that was done, fully confident that I will continue to be a loyal customer of Morehead Honda in Newburgh, & confident that if there are ever any issues they are committed to complete customer satisfaction. I purchased a new car from Morehead Honda, actually several new cars over many years. Never had serious problems or any trust issues. Previously purchased the Glass Coat technology on my last car & LOVED it. I purchased a new car 3 months ago and paid a whopping $689 for the Glass Coating; more than I wanted to pay, but loved it that much that I went for it. After a couple of weeks, I felt like something wasn’t right with the coating. It wasn’t responding the way my previous car did. Brought the car back and they agreed to redo it. They needed to have the car for 4 hours in order to apply the application. When I called to find out when the car would be ready, I was told they WEREN’T going to reapply the application because they felt there was nothing wrong! I asked for proof that the application was originally applied and they said that my warranty was proof. I said you can put anything you want on a piece of paper but how do I know it was actually done. Jennifer (no last name given) said because they record it and because the person that did it remembered my car. SERIOUSLY? What was so unique about MY civic that would make the technician remember my car 3 months later? That right there made me more suspicious. Then I requested to see the video. The cameras are currently out of order, she said. We continued to argue and they agreed to redo the car. And said the car would be ready in about an hour and a half (vs. the original 4 hours!) Again...not trusting what they’re telling me. So I said I want the redo recorded and I want to see the footage. I’m still waiting for the general manager to call me back. I picked up the car and still not convinced the application was applied. I do think they waxed the car very nicely, but I want confirmation and proof that the Glass Coat protection I paid for was actually done inside and outside the vehicle the first time & this second time. Until I see the evidence ... I will continue to maintain they didn’t do it originally. And only time will tell if it was done the second time. Im happy to provide an update here IF and when I receive evidence that the work was done. More

This guy knows his stuff! Right from the geico, the entire experience felt sincere and professional. I was fortunate enough to have one of my relatives loan/grant me the funds to choose a car on my own, & couldn’t be more thankful (Thanks Grandpa!??). I already had a vehicle in mind, but I’m a very indecisive consumer, lol. Frank G knew the answer to all my questions, concerns, & wishes right off the top and was an honest, knowledgeable, & upstanding guy I was thoroughly impressed\reassured. 👌. From year-to-year differences between models, to the intricate functions of the vehicles, Frank is a Honda Guru. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase (2016 certified pre-owned Honda Civic LX), but that was expected. It was the passionate responses and honest feedback that really made the entire ordeal a memorable one for sure. So if you’re in the market for an awesome, reliable, flat out FUN vehicle; Morehead Honda is your Dealership. & for a reputable, positive assuring transaction; Frank G is undoubtedly your guy! New Compressor incorrect diagnosis to what was a simple fix. Moreheads price $1000 for an AC compressor replacement. My neighbor replaced the AC evaporator and refrigerant for $60 which fixed the problem. Hond Moreheads price $1000 for an AC compressor replacement. She was very professional and excellent all the way around. She informed us about different vehicles and common problems and what would be the best vehicle service and dependable wise. Jackie then referred us to Frank quinones which was excellent and had us in our new car the same day. Thank you Jackie you and Frank were wonderful. More
Great service I didn’t exactly know what I was looking for. Man named Joey came to the rescue. He really did a great job differentiating each vehicle for my needs. I expressed my must haves for a vehicle and he came through for me. I have been to other dealers because I wasn’t sure which brand to invest in. Joey really made me feel comfortable and did not give me the vibe of trying to upsell me, or push me to cars that didn’t need. I really appreciate how kind her was. Being back in school and finances not as strong as they were before Joey really helped me find a car and plan to fit my needs. Next time I need to renew my lease or find a new car Joey is definitely the type of person I wasn’t to deal with. More

Best experience ever!! I was extremely pleased with my experience at Morehead Honda. The Senior Sales Rep Douglas is really great. He listened to everything my fiance and I had to say and provided us with the best possible options available. The All Star team that they have here has a certain chemistry that is hard to find. Suzette is really knowledgeable "She knows her stuff" and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. Mike was also very thorough and took his time making sure I felt comfortable with all aspects of the financial process. I won't leave you out Mark who welcomed us to the Honda Family. I could go on but you wanna know the good stuff are they good or not??? Of course they're not good....they're freakin amazing...why are you still reading...go to Morehead Honda Now!!!! I hope your experience will be as good as mine was. Stay positive people! More
Another outstanding service experience! I went to Morehead today fully believing I might need two rear brake calipers. I told my service advisor, Mike Grasso, that. He had the car looked a I went to Morehead today fully believing I might need two rear brake calipers. I told my service advisor, Mike Grasso, that. He had the car looked at and told me I did not need new calipers, just a pad was hung up on the mounting bracket. He easily could have sold me 2 calipers but he didnt. Also, a few days earlier I went in for a battery and service advisor Chris Devens was awesome too....the new service manager Jen is really great too!!. I will go NOWHERE else!!!! More

I worked with Nikkole originally via e-mail and then worked with Doug when I arrived at the dealership. The process was seamless, they were very efficient and seemed to value my time. Even working with Dan in finance was the easiest process. I am honestly impressed with how easy the whole process was and how nice everyone was. I am someone who buys a new car every three years or so and I have dealt with my fair share of shady business practices, but this was an excellent experience. Would highly recommend them! More
